This program is designed to assess different automated quantitative or semi-quantitative determination methods for procalcitonin. The interpretation of the results obtained for each concentration level is supported by a graphical display of the accuracy using a Youden plot (for quantitative methods only).

Lyophilized human control serums (samples to be resuspended in 1 mL of distilled water).
