Aspergillus galactomannan antigen assessment :

• Number of investigations per year: 4
• Number of control samples per investigation: 1 or 2
• Number of samples per year: 6

Anti-Aspergillus antibodies assessment :

• Number of investigations per year: 4
• Number of control samples per investigation: 1
• Number of samples per year: 4

4 – Description of the control samples

Liquid human control serums (ready-to-use). Aspergillus antigen sample volume: 900 µL; Aspergillus antibodies sample volume: 350 µL.

For Aspergillus antigen: The sample volume is appropriate for one test and one confirmation. An additional kit should be ordered if the volume is insufficient. For Aspergillus antibodies: An additional kit should be ordered if the volume is insufficient, depending on the technique and material used.
